In
order to view the Bidder Application you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader Version
5.0 or later. If you do not have Adobe
Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 or later installed on your computer you can download
a free copy by clicking the following hyperlink: Adobe. If you already have a copy of Adobe Acrobat
Reader Version 5.0 or later on your computer, click on the Bidder Application
link below and then type in your information on the application. After you are finished print the application,
which will contain your filled-in information, and mail it to the address
specified. You can also fax it to
501-569-2679 or scan the application to a PDF file and email to EPD@ardot.gov. In order to assist you in selecting the
